Attorney at law, Doctor of Law. She specializes in corporate law, new technology law, telecommunications law, and administrative proceedings. Her expertise includes advising on cybersecurity, data protection, and various aspects of data processing. She provides legal counsel on business model selection, contract negotiations—including IT industry agreements and licensing contracts. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the Warsaw School of Economics. In 2017, she defended her doctoral dissertation in telecommunications law. She is a lecturer in the postgraduate program “Data Protection” and has been a speaker at numerous training sessions on data protection. She is also the author of several dozen publications on telecommunications law, administrative law, data protection, and new technologies.
