Igor Bąkowski

Attorney at law with over ten years of experience. Igor Bąkowski graduated the Law and Administration Faculty of Warsaw University with honors (summa cum laude). He also graduated the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, the British Centre for English and European Legal Studies organised by Cambridge University, as well as the Center for American Law Studies organised by the University of Florida. For several years he worked at leading international law firms.

He has extensive experience in advising real estate companies in real estate investment and development process, negotiation of lease agreements, reprivatisation of real estate.

He is experienced in advising on commercial and corporate law, advising investment funds, private equity and venture capital funds, trade agreements, financing, mergers and acquisitions, preparation of companies to enter the stock exchange.

For many years he advises start-ups and developing businesses in the creation of corporate structures, negotiation of investment agreements with investors, legal due diligence analysis and in the commercialization of products and solutions. He also advises on the side of investors investing in start-up companies including in the negotiation of investment agreements, corporate and holding structures, tax optimisation, portfolio development and entering the foreign markets.

Igor Bąkowski is fluent in Polish, English and Spanish and has a working knowledge of French and Spanish.

Dr. Zuzanna Łaganowska

Attorney at law. She specializes in services of transactions with commercial real estate market and administrative law and proceedings. She graduated the Law and Administration Faculty of Warsaw University and Warsaw School of Economics.

She has a many years of experience in working on commercial real estate market in leading consulting companies. She has ample knowledge on the legal aspects of marketing and property management capacity and customer experience in leading and coordinating projects, drafting and negotiating lease agreements for office and commercial (office space, high street and shopping malls). She is an author of many publications in real estate law area in Globenergia Magazine, net portals: Infor group and Dom.pl. She is also an expert of construction law in Termomodernizacja magazine.
She is fluent in Polish and English.

Maciej Ligier

He specializes in civil law, real estate law, company law and commercial law. He has several years of experience in legal services. He graduated the Law and Administration Faculty of Warsaw University. He provides many lawsuits, including civil, administrative and compensation. He advises on: the legal status of real property, perpetual usufruct transformation in the ownership, easements and the establishment of the “Warsaw real estate.”

Maciej Ligier is fluent in Polish and English.

Aldona Hapyn

She specialises in commercial, civil law and tax law.

Her tasks consist in day-to-day handling of corporate issues related to commercial companies. She is also responsible for preparing and negotiating agreements and for presenting opinions on agreements. Aldon Hapyn also advises economic entities on conducting business in Poland, in particular with regard to establishing, transforming, merging and winding-up companies and with regard to corporate cases as well as tax optimization. She handles issues related to companies’ bodies, including organising their meetings, and she prepares draft versions of documents, in particular resolutions, agreements between partners and cooperation agreements.

She has several years of experience in providing legal services for economic entities. She has also conducted economic and civil proceedings, especially in the field of enforcement. Aldona Hapyn has completed legal studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw with very good results. She is also a graduate of the Institute of Japanese Studies at the University of Warsaw Faculty of Oriental Studies. In 2011-2012 she studied at Gakushūin Joshi Daigaku University in Tokyo as part of the JASSO scholarship funded by the Japanese government. Since 2016 she is a registered member of the Warsaw Bar Association.

Excellent command of English (Certificate of Advanced English). Very good command of Japanese in speech and in writing.

Patrycja Kurowska

An attorney at law specializing in legal services for commercial companies and other business entities. For several years, she has been advising Polish and international clients at all stages of mergers and acquisitions transactions, including asset deals, share deals, and joint ventures. This includes participating in due diligence investigations and supporting clients in negotiating transaction documents such as SPA (Share Purchase Agreements), SHA (Shareholders’ Agreements), investment agreements, and asset acquisition agreements, including enterprises and their organized parts, real estate, photovoltaic farms, and wind farms. Her transactional advisory includes entities from industrial and technological sectors, such as the automotive, machinery, artificial intelligence, and machine learning industries, as well as the food, development, construction, and energy sectors. She has successfully conducted M&A transaction negotiations on behalf of both sellers and buyers.

Patrycja Kurowska also has experience in conducting transformational processes, including mergers, divisions, and transformations of commercial companies. In her work, she also handles ongoing corporate services and the drafting and analysis of commercial contracts, striving to develop the most beneficial solutions from a business and corporate perspective. She conducts civil and arbitration proceedings, representing clients of the Law Firm before courts. Before joining the Law Firm team, she gained experience in Warsaw legal firms. Her interests include civil law, commercial law, civil procedure, and arbitration.

She graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. During her studies, she completed a certified “Business Law” program organized by the university, aimed at deepening knowledge of the legal aspects of business operations. During her studies, she volunteered by providing legal advice at the University Legal Clinic at the WPiA UKSW in Warsaw and the “Empowering Children Foundation.” She was a scholarship holder of the Erasmus+ program at the Faculty of Law at Università degli Studi di Cassino e del Lazio Meridionale in Italy. She is fluent in English and Italian.
