Igor Bąkowski
Attorney at law with over a decade of experience in advising business entities. He graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and is an alumnus of Erasmus University in Rotterdam, the British Centre for English and European Legal Studies organized by Cambridge University, and the Center for American Law Studies in collaboration with the University of Florida. He has worked for several years at leading international law firms, gaining extensive expertise in real estate investments, including investment and development processes, due diligence analyses, lease agreement negotiations, and reprivatization matters. His professional experience encompasses corporate and commercial law, investment fund advisory, private equity and venture capital transactions, commercial contracts, financing, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate restructuring, and IPO preparations. He has been advising startups and scaling businesses for many years, assisting in corporate structuring, investment negotiations, due diligence, and product commercialization. Additionally, he supports investors in structuring startup investments, optimizing corporate and holding structures, tax planning, portfolio expansion, and entering new markets. He is fluent in English and Spanish and has a working proficiency in French and Russian.
